"I cannot praise the Vividiti web design team enough"

I felt it really necessary for me to inform anyone else out there (who is faced with the daunting task of selecting a web designer, from the many that are out there and claiming they do the same thing) about my fantastic 'life-saving' experience with Vividiti web design Cardiff!

Unfortunately I initially chose the wrong company when Googling web designers in Cardiff. The company who I paid 50% up front to took 4 months to semi complete a website that I was told would take 3 weeks. I later found out they outsourced the work to Bangladesh and my 'web designer' was in fact a glorified sales man. The work was slow, bad quality and the CMS was complicated and messy with zero communication in between and unanswered phone calls - or if they were answered they were rude and unhelpful, claiming the website was taking 'longer than anticipated' due to the complicated website layout and to 'leave them alone' !!

Needless to say I walked and was back at the start - trying to choose the right web designer from the many advertised. Luckily enough I met a business contact that very same day who I explained my dilemma to. He confidently suggested I call Vividiti for a chat and to speak with Will who he had said was extremely professional, hard working and organised and who they were so far extremely happy with the way their website was progressing.

I contacted Will at Vividiti who spoke with me for a good 2 hours on the phone as I explained my position and how the website was a mess, incomplete - and this was 4 months on. He informed me the work would take 2 weeks, quoted me an extremely competitive price and arranged a meeting the very next day. The first meeting went fantastic and the whole process of brainstorming ideas meant we worked together to create my perfect website. I left feeling my confidence had been restored, my website was in extremely good hands and I was so excited to see the end result.

2 weeks later, as promised, Will delivered the most beautiful and professional looking website. He went above and beyond to produce an elegant, professional and easy to manage website which not only looks amazing but is so easy to update. He took the time to explain how the CMS works and even helped me install programs which would facilitate a quicker image upload.

I cannot praise the Vividiti web design team enough. To have had such a previous bad experience with a different web designer and then to go on to have such a fantastic, professional service makes me want to tell everyone else out there who is looking for the best, to contact Vividiti Web Design Cardiff and you will not regret it. Vividiti were recommended to me and as you can read from my experience I would have absolutely no hesitation in doing the same. Thanks to everyone at Vividiti and especially Will!
